Southern Middle School Personal Fitness
Our classes will work on devloping muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility.
This class will work in a 3 week rotation based on the Instructional days that we have.
Fitness - 2 Weeks with the mile and pacer test every other Friday
The third week we will be in the classroom taking Health, learning proper nutrition, how to set goals and achieve them, making good decisions, and phyiscal fitness
TWIF (This week in Fitness)
The first 9 weeks in coming to a close and now, onward and upward. To kick off the second 9 weeks all of our fitness classes will be performing their own group workouts and present them to the class. I have watched the groups practice for a few days and it looks interesting.
Cant wait to see how they all do.
